2. Personal data processed
Through the pre-enrolment and contact forms we process: identity data (name, surname), contact data (phone, email), education details (grade, school, goal, selected subjects), the content of your request, and transaction security data (an irreversible digest of the IP address).
3. Purposes and legal bases
Personal data is processed to assess pre-enrolment and information requests, to contact you and to deliver the service, under Articles 5/2 (c) (performance of a contract), (ç) (legal obligation) and (f) (legitimate interest) of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Messages about educational content and announcements (marketing communication) are sent only with the explicit consent you give under the Explicit Consent Text.
4. Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to hosting, email and database service providers and, upon request, to authorised public bodies. Where a provider's servers are located abroad, the transfer will be confirmed for compliance with Article 9 of the KVKK through legal review.
5. Retention
Form data is kept for the period necessary to assess the request, subject to statutory limitation periods, and is then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, to know the third parties it is transferred to, and to object to processing. You may submit requests via [email address]; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
